1Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the wk77 website at wk77.cam, including all subdomains, associated mobile interfaces, and any services accessible through those domains.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on wk77 for the purpose of accessing gaming services.

2Acceptance of Terms

3Eligibility and Age Restriction

wk77 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification, and any pending withdrawal will be held until the process is complete.

4Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on wk77. The registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein, including pending bonus funds.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a current Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update it if any details change.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials, including your password. wk77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login details. You must notify wk77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

wk77 reserves the right to refuse or revoke Account registration at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or used for fraudulent purposes.

5KYC and Identity Verification

wk77 is committed to operating in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR's player protection standards. Accordingly, all Players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before their first withdrawal is processed, and wk77 may request KYC documentation at any point during the Player's Account lifecycle.

Accepted KYC documents for Filipino players include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID)
• Valid Philippine Passport
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License

6Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page for a specific payment method.

All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from third parties for the purpose of depositing on wk77, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of AML regulations.

wk77 processes deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and the converted amount will be credited to the Player's Account. wk77 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

7Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Player Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed;
2. The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold (₱200 for GCash and Maya; higher minimums may apply for bank transfers);
3. Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
4. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used where technically possible;
5. The Account must be in good standing with no active compliance review or dispute.

8Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms (e.g., 30x, 40x).

9Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on wk77 are provided by licensed third-party software developers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming, and other certified providers. Each game is governed by its own published rules, which Players are encouraged to review before placing any wager.

Random Number Generator (RNG) games on wk77 use certified RNG technology tested by independent testing laboratories to ensure random, unbiased outcomes. 11Account Suspension and Termination

Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, a court order or regulatory requirement, or the Player's voluntary request.

Upon Account termination for cause, wk77 may at its sole discretion forfeit any Player Balance, bonus funds, or pending winnings associated with the Account where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the violation.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting wk77 support via live chat. Any remaining Player Balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method after applicable compliance checks are complete. Voluntary account closure does not affect any self-exclusion obligations previously entered into by the Player.

12Responsible Gaming

This license does not permit: reproduction or distribution of Platform content; reverse engineering of software; creation of derivative works; or use of wk77's trademarks without prior written authorization.

14Privacy and Data Protection

15Limitation of Liability

wk77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16Amendments to These Terms

wk77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or a competent authority.

Your continued use of wk77 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using wk77 and request Account closure before the effective date.

17Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of wk77 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wk77 holds its operating license, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact wk77's customer support team, which will endeavor to resolve the matter within five (5) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through wk77's internal process, Players may seek further recourse through applicable regulatory channels.

Nothing in these Terms limits a Player's rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the Philippines.
